While Kurt Heisler was serving in the Peace Corps in Manila, The Philippines, his father’s and grandfather’s Rotary Club supported cataract surgery and eyeglasses in conjunction with The Rotary Club of Manila and The Foundation.
Winchester Rotary Club partnered with The Rotary Club of Moshi, Tanzania, to support Gail LaRocca’s Foundation Voluntary Service Grant on water and sanitation projects.
